Steven Nossal founded Fairfax Collegiate in 1993. With Jennifer Nossal, Mr. Nossal is responsible for the overall leadership of Fairfax Collegiate. Jennifer Nossal
Owner

Jennifer Nossal has helped lead Fairfax Collegiate since 2003. Ms. Nossal earned a B.A. in Psychology from Miami University of Ohio, and a M.A. in Education and Human Development from the George Washington University.

Mike Overson

Michael Overson
Director

Michael Overson is a graduate of Virginia Tech, earning a B.S. in Computer Science and M.A.Ed. in Mathematics Education. He has a career interest in education, several years' experience as a public high school math and computer science teacher, and holds an active teaching license. Michael has worked with Fairfax Collegiate since 2007, and is also a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.

Brien Benson
Debate and Writing

Brien Benson holds a B.A. from Harvard, MBA from Stanford, and Ph.D. from George Mason University. He has taught policy evaluation and policy writing at George Mason.
